Louis & Edna Els are the founding leaders of Victory Church and the apostolic leaders of Freedom Hill Cluster. They, along with their 4 children – Mikailé, Louis, Jana and Neil, have seen God birth and grow a family church that is characterized by its apostolic, prophetic and Kingdom thrust.

In 1990, the Lord spoke to Louis & Edna (1 Sam 22:21) regarding the Kouga area – to plant a church for all nations, where people are taught how to have an intimate relationship with God, with a strong relational emphasis on love, acceptance and forgiveness.

Louis has been involved in many kingdom initiatives that involve schools, Gap Years, clinics, international church plants and other community projects. Their heart motivation is equipping, empowering and releasing God’s people into their purpose and destiny. Edna has a passion to mentor women and has pioneered ME2 Mentoring, which started locally and now has become a global initiative.

We have known Andre & Marike Von Mollendorff  for the past 20 years.  They have served faithfully on full time staff as Youth Leaders, Victory Gap Year Leaders, on our Eldership team and on our Victory Christian School Governing Body.

Craig is the CEO of Community Development Resourcing and Equipping (CDR) and is committed to engaging and encouraging individuals as well as teams of people.

He is part of the leadership teams of the Church of the Nations Connected Cluster and Velocity Community Church. He serves as an advisor to a number of leading organizations in the non-profit sector. Craig has also held a number of positions in higher education as a lecturer, researcher, consultant and director of engagement and student affairs. He served on the Executive Board of Directors of the South African Higher Education Forum and the National Community Development Professionalization Committee.

He is passionate about the implementation of Service-Learning programs and Appreciative Inquiry processes in all sectors. The latest exciting project he is involved in has been the establishment of the Kings Education Group, which is a group committed to planting new Christian schools as well as supporting existing ones.

I have had the privilege of knowing Andre for the last 20 years. In that time he has always demonstrated the most incredible excellence in every project or program he has been involved in. There have been so many people lives positively changed through the programs that he has led. Many of these programs he has written and developed himself.

They have been used to equip and train leaders from across the globe. Andre not only can organize and train teams in life-changing events he is also able to mentor and be a father figure to the next generation. Dr Mario Denton was born in 1955 in Cape Town, South Africa. He is the study leader of 160 MBA research projects, has published eleven books and two case studies, has contributed a chapter in the book, published six international articles and delivered papers at 32 conferences worldwide.

He is an industrial psychologist and international teacher. He holds two counselling diplomas and two masters degrees, (M Econ and MBA) and completed his PhD in Organisational Behaviour and Business Administration. He is CEO of Strong Message Business Consultancy and True Africa Leadership as well as the Africa Director for 2=1, Compass1 and Character First.

Dr Mario is trusting to use his coaching and assessment skills to impact and serve leaders in Africa in order to significantly equip them in the areas of Character-based leadership, family and stewardship.
